Monitor the Delivery and Quality of the Delivery Throughout the course of the project

In order to monitor the quality of delivery throughout the course project manager will ensure the followings:

Records:

Clients records- details to establish eligibility, attendance, retention of qualifications gained and progress into jobs.

Financial:

Separate accounts for income and expenditure introspect of this project will be kept and invoices with receipts, sub contracting and leasing agreements, written evidence of all match funding and copies of the organisations audited accounts.
